tracscare Group Home Managers are required to have use of their own car. All tracscare Group staff of Senior Support Worker level and above must be able to drive. All tracscare Group Care staff from Support Worker and above will be required to study for the relevant NVQ qualification. This may include attending college and work study in their own time. Successful applicants must hold a full driving licence, or be willing to undertake lessons and pass test within 12 months. click here Deputy Home Manager –Applicants must have a minimum of six months of working with this client group and have proven supervisory experience. Successful applicants will be able to take charge of a Home for up to two weeks. They should have good general care experience and have received comprehensive external or in-service training, including supervisory training. Holding or working towards the relevant NVQ would be desirable, but not essential, as tracscare will provide training. They should have proven competency in a Deputy Manager role. Holding or working towards NVQ4 would be desirable.
