Location

Alrosa is located near J45 on the M4 motorway, in the quiet village of Trebanos.

Accommodation

Alrosa is a 3 bedroom home with two bedrooms boasting en-suite facilities, and the third has toilet facilities adjoining. Each bedroom includes a bed, a large wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and stool, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is a fully fitted kitchen and laundry facilities.

Alrosa house is suitable for 3 individuals with Learning Disabilities and Challenging Behavior.

Local Activities

Within a 10 minute drive or 20 minute walk is Llansamlet Enterprise Park offering a wide range of large retail stores. There are also restaurants, cafés and pubs nearby. The enterprise lake is close offering carp fishing, picnic areas and natural wildlife within. Swansea City centre is a drivable distance away, boasting big name retailers, restaurants and the country’s largest indoor market.

Staff

There are a minimum of twelve working staff as part of the care team at Alrosa House. Staff are trained to NVQ level 1, and receive full induction training. They also undergo comprehensive training on Food Hygiene, Fire Safety, Studio 3, Epilepsy Awareness and Medication Awareness.
